It is a ripoff of Spore. Even the planet looks the same. It's Spore's Tribal Stage and up, given a different name. The sole difference I can find by looking at the game's site is the AI of the people ingame not being directly controlled by the player.

I don't care for the art style. Teeny tiny micro-planets where climbing a building and jumping would put you in orbit are hard for me to buy into xD
