Can't use middle mouse button means no panning in VAB or zooming

Somehow my middle mouse button stopped working. I can't pan in the VAB anymore.  I also cannot scroll to zoom in and out.  I find it wierd.  It used to work, but now without any changes I think no working anymore.   Just to be clear I can use the scroll wheel and middle mouse button everywhere else. E.g desktop, other games etc. 

 

Same thread, but with no mods installed now.

Have you messed with control settings at all? If not squad will probably want more info to understand the problem.

Have you tried reinstalling?
