We need to be able to change command pods on rocket!

When I build a rocket it always starts with the command pod.

But I think it should be possible in future versions of KSP to quickly change command pods on an already build and saved rocket!

For example, if I want my heavy Mun rocket to carry just a capsule or satalite for orbiting I build a rocket like that with the capsule or satalite on it. But when later I want a Mun lander on top of that rocket I should not have to build a whole new rocket but be able to swap the top, and replace the capsule or satalite for orbiting with a Mun lander for going to the Mun!

You get my drift?

That would be nice. My usual rocket is pretty simple, but I hate building it again and again every time I want to launch a new satellite or an experimental lander.

That would help but a more useful tool would be the ability to cop/paste sections. So you could simply copy everything below the capsule and paste it into a new rocket, if you wanted.

Or maybe the possibility to start building a rocket from whatever point we want? Like I want to start building a rocket at the bottom and work my way up. That way I could save every step I build, and could later on use that step on another rocket and put whatever I want at the top!

There already is a mod for this, just that I\'m too lazy to go to the add-on forums. However, it (may be) buggy, according to WhiteOwl.
