[Question]. How to make a command pod a mechjeb module?

So I know you can add the line module= mumechjeb or whatever to the .cfg file, but then it is no longer a command pod... How can I integrate mech jeb into my command module so I don\'t have a retarded part sticking off the side of my rocket and so I can use it all the way to splash down?
