USI Kolonization Help

For some reason none of my USI Kolonization parts are being unlocked in the tech tree. I am using the community Tech Tree, all of the other USI mods work fine. I didn't notice the problem until the Short Term Habitation Node. Any help would be appreciated.

I reset my game, the only installed mods are USI Kolonization and its requirements.

Not a single one of the the USI Kolonization parts are available in the VAB or the SPH with a fully unlocked tech tree. 

Would really like to use this mod so if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

Just wondering if you installed the latest mod update. The latest version is not compatible with KSP 1.05 according to the creator.  The previous releases are on github too, if that happens to be the case.
