Hey everyone :)

I'm back with my second video this time about the limits of the inflatable heatshield.
I tried to compare it to other methods of slowing down so that you can see how good it performs :)
Hopefully this will help and/or entertain you!

Good video

Just one thing, the air-brakes  are supposed to work in the other way (in the game they work the same forwards than backwards but in reality no)

Yeah I know :0.0: I noticed that too late but since it makes no difference I just kept it that way :D

What about combining a inflatable heat shield and a real heat shield? The inflatable will burn again but it may worth the difference in mass

Excellent! This needs to get far more attention! If only there were a way to back-port this shield to 1.0.5...

Don't think the inflatable shield will work with anything in front of it.

The other way, put the inflatable shield in the front, and when it explodes use the normal heatshield

Thanks! I posted it on reddit but I have no idea how to reach more people other than waiting :D But I'm fine with that, I'll keep making videos and see whats happens :)
