Sort parts option to be persistent

Each time you return to the VAB/SPH the game forgets your chosen sort order for parts. 

I always want the parts sorted by Mass, it happens to be my no.1 criteria when selecting parts, so it's a pain having to select Mass again every time I return to the VAB/SPH. 

I would have thought it was a fairly trivial thing to make the game remember this selection between visits to the VAB/SPH and when restarting the game.
