In my absence I have forgot how I used to get the projected PER to continue displaying when adjusting my maneuver node. As of now I have to stop, put my cursor over the PER flag to read it and then continue adjusting. The go back and forth 20 times. This is driving me crazy. Somebody please tell me how.

You can right-click on it and it will stay up. Mostly. It has been a little fiddly for me, and it's pretty much impossible if the marker is near another marker (i.e. a Target's periapsis or apoapsis).
