Tutorial Problems

I am having a problem with advancing in the tutorial. In the first one when asked to delete the large motor I can't get that to work.

In the third one even though  iput the 5 fuel tanks on the capsule, the "Next" does not high light.

Is there something really basic I am missing?

I do not have 1.1 yet but to delete an engine you need to left click on it.  Drag it over to the parts list and left click again.

In the third tutorial I can't seem to figure out how to move past putting on the 2 goo containers. I have the symetry controls figured out but they just never seem to get placed right or something and "Next" never highlights for that task.
I can't help but think I am missing something really basic here.

When you figure out what you did wrong, document it and post it on the Squad bugtracker. More than anything else, Tutorials are built with certain assumptions about player behavior, and if they consistently not work for you, then they are not making correct assumptions. In that case, Squad absolutely needs your report to have any chance of fixing it, since that's not a bug in the programming.

My mission for the weekend is working through the 1.1 tutorials to find out what's missing/wrong/difficult.  Once I've had a look I'll be glad to walk you through them to see what issues you are having.
