New Unity Sub-Forum For Addon Development Forum

Now that we can create Asset Bundles, UI prefabs, and KSPedia entries using Unity I think we need a new place to discuss such features.

The Addon Dev forum seems like the right place. But such features are definitely not the same as Modelling and Texturing, and don't necessarily involve any coding or plugin development. Threads would be lost in the main Addon Dev forum, since it is generally used to discuss mods in development.

I think a new Unity-specific sub-forum would help, tutorials and helpful threads would be much easier to find there and it would people a single location to discuss all non-part modelling Unity features.

hum interesting ;

make me ask does unity host sub forum for some of the games ... but top of that more important, not everyone is everywhere, reading both forum,

some people will read more unity forum, some people will read more kerbal forum, etc ... so could be an interesting place (sub forum, pinned thread, whatever, dunno just like the "Unity forum highlight" linkage concept kerbal side, wich could sometime be a nice addition to meta-engine searching for a tuto or else result amount and sorting) to fully dedicated to share links with short explain and comments to unity forum thread about specific behaviour and fonctionnalities (FAQhelper² alike dedicated to unity.and modding sort of)

This thread is quite old. Please consider starting a new thread rather than reviving this one.
