Hello!

There is a "physx>cpu" written on the top of my screen when my game is loading and during gameplay, basically it is there all the time.

How to turn of this sign and can I make it physx>gpu?

This is present in both 32bit and 64bit versions.

As this is by look and feel not something KSP creates, the obvious source must be your video card. Googling the words "physx-cpu on screen" (give it a try, really!) revealed this, and I quote:

That is the PhysX visual indicator. To enable or disable it:
 

• Open the NVIDIA Control Panel
• Select any of the items in the "3D Settings" tree. ('Adjust image settings with preview,' 'Manage 3D Settings,' 'Configure SLI, Surround, PhysX')
• At the top of the Control Panel you'll see a drop-down menu labeled "3D Settings" which will have the option for the PhysX indicators. Click this to hide them.

I believe Unity 5 does not use GPU PhysX, just the CPU-bound stuff, so no.
