I lost lost my saved game

Here the other nigt i was going to play som KSP, so i went to start up my saved game i  clickt on it and i said somthing like "this game contatins bla bla.... Saved.. Error.." Then i had two options, dellete or cancel. i pressed dellete because i just thought it was a minor error. 

But it turned out that i delletet my entire saved game. Can i get some help to get my saved game back? 

It was career
