KSP Mod to deploy and recover probes in atmosphere.

Is there any mod that allow to deploy probes from a airplane then recover them after landing?

I deploy the probes but then they just vanish.

Found the mod bellow but seems abandoned, any other other mod that covers this situation? I've searched for one for a couple hours, but no luck on finding nothing that does it. TY

@RickKermen - I believe the mod you described as "abandoned" has actually been updated hours after your initial post.

Thank you for letting me know, someone saying that the developer was away for more than 5 months made me believe it could be (that's why I said "seems") abandoned, glad he is back
