KSP 1.1 64bit Crashing & Freezing

Running KSP 1.1 on 64bit

Basically whenever I try playing the game I will get crashes or freezes that affects my entire computer which is horrendous. On 1.0.5 I ran a whole lot more mods than I do now and I've been told that 1.1 should allow us to run even more mods without as much problems or no problems possibly.

 

Very disappointed that I'm getting these crashes/freezes on 1.1 I think it would of been wiser to have had 1.1 come out a later time instead of recently. I checked my drivers and they're updated and installed and my computer specs allow me to be able to run this game at the highest settings possible so I know it's a hardware or software issue on my part.
