Mods not appearing in flight?

Hi, so I'm a newbie to KSP but i believe i know how to install mods-

 

Steam recently made me update KSP to the latest, and now my mods aren't showing on the side of my screen when in flight.

Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to Install Mods differently?

For BD Armory and Mech Jeb you need a part on your craft. You can find Mech Jeb's part in command and control tab. For BD Armory I don't know where the part is. The rest of them aren't supposed to show in flight I think. Hope it helps.
