Using the dirt runway on sandbox

Is there a way I can use the level-one (dirt runway) on sandbox in KSP? I think it's a cool looking runway but the only way I know how to use it is on career, before you upgrade the runway.

probably a mod for it somewhere, but otherwise I don't think so

Just start a new career, then edit persistent.sfs to give yourself a billion credits and 10,000 science points...

Yeah I do that, but it still limits how big the craft I launch on it can be, and I really wanna go through the entire process of purchasing everything again.

I'd love a mod that lets you replace the runway in sandbox, if only for rover testing purposes.

Do you want to drive over the bumps, too? If you are just hankering for the looks of it, you could hyperedit everything you launch over onto the "old runway" on the island.

So basically there's no way to do it. Hmm. Hopefully someone makes a mod for it.
