Switched machine, now old version won't play

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I am having a little trouble and I am hoping you can help

I just recently upgraded my computer and copied an old copy (1.0.4) of Kerbal across to record a video series that I am part of..

The game boots fine and I get to see all the menus, I can select the save and even start to load.. but before anything appears on screen (the blank bit between choosing save and seeing the space center) it throws an error noise and kicks me to desktop, this is true for all preexisting saves

I can Load a new save, and by load I mean I get to see the intro text box about the space center and even some grass.. but then also kick to desktop

I am assuming that some background software (drivers and such) are different from what the game expects and are not playing nice

Here are the logs for anyone who can gain more information that way https://www.dropbox.com/s/95vejrmwgm9hqoo/error.log?dl=0

I'm not sure what can be done to fix this.. but fix it I must, shows must go on and all that

Thanks for any help
