DDS converter?

I've been away for a while again. I was working on a part. Exported from Unity (v4.2) with TGA textures. One of the objects in the part uses the KSP/bumped. In the game, as TGA textures the part looks correct. If I run the textures through DDS4KSP (not sure what version), the object with the bump maps come out as solid purple.

So, is there a more recent converter?  Is there something else I need to do in Unity or wherever? Should I be using a newer version of Unity?

DDS4KSP try to detect if a texture is a normalmap, it might be wrong sometimes. check the log file to see if your main texture has been converted correctly. If not, use the option to convert a single file and uncheck "Flag as normal".
