[Suggestion] Sound mod for quicksaves

Since the Quicksave text moves from a corner of the screen to the top center, i've had trouble making surethe game was registering my F5 through the other windows. 

So i thought, maybe some sound retroaction ? "Saving" or the reverse-spanish word for it :wink:
