[1.1.2 windows x64] orbital parameters keep changing for no apparent reason

Recommended Posts

Orbital parameters keep changing after I shutoff the engine, for example if i'm doing a Minmus flyby my PE keep falling or when the orbit is low AP or PE (but usually is AP) change slowly and when is very high change fast. It's like having a sort of orbital decay (but without such mod). I tested in a new sandbox game after i verify the cache on steam and the problem persist.

Could it be a hardware problem? I don't have the CMOS battery so windows keep losing time synchronization and i have to manually resync every day, so i tought that could cause errors in the orbit calculations.

I'm having the same issue. Interestingly enough, I also think my CMOS battery is low, although I do not see a reason for why this would affect.

I do have some mods in common with you, though. These are

  • Chatterer
  • CRP
  • Contract Configurator
  • Contract Parser
  • Contract Window+
  • DMagic
  • Docking port Alignment Indicator
  • Final Frontier
  • Firespitter Core
  • KAC
  • KAS
  • KER
  • KIS
  • ModuleManager
  • ProgressParser
  • RemoteTech
  • SCANsat
  • TextureReplacer
  • Toolbar
  • Trajectories
  • All USI mods you listed, except Life Support

Perhaps I will try to reproduce in an unmodded game later.
