So kerbal space program need weather like Tornado,Hurricane,Rain storm,snow etc to make the game more realistic

This has been discussed a lot of times and answer is no, at least not in the next few updates because it would probably take lots of time and work to add this. I would settle for clouds for now...

Rain/weather/clouds have already been asked/discussed/rejected a few times.

Please take the time to read this before making a suggestion (although only clouds are mentioned there, I'm pretty sure weather was on the previous list):
