Mesklin-style planet

I think that a Mesklin-style planet (from Mission of Gravity by Hal Clement) mod would be a good addition to KSP. It should be a large gaseous or rocky planet which rotates very quickly, meaning that it a.) is extremely oblate and b.) the gravity on the equator is much lower (0.5-2 g) than on the poles (5-10 g or more).

I don't know, I'd rather not introduce complete science fiction.  There are plenty of unique,  real planets to use as inspiration.

Haumea then ? Though a bit small to have 10g at the poles.
