Price Alarm Mod?

I just wasted four hours designing a rocket that was way too expensive.  Is there a mod that I can add an alarm to the editors that will flash the screen when the cost of a rocket exceeds a given amount or percentage of available funds?

This may be the silliest hack in KSP history, but... do you have an alarm clock with a snooze button? The kind of thing that will suspend the alarm for five more minutes whenever you press it?

Put that on your desk. Set it to go off immediately.

And everytime you hit snooze on it, every five minutes, you will be reminded that you should take a look at your rocket's cost in the lower left corner of the editor There you can also see your available funds, so you can easily compare how much you're overspending.

whelp that is one option and better than spending hours on something way too expensive.
