Strange lags

My game is lagging especialy in menu and hangars, making a 30Fps gameplay into unplayable mess. These lags are visible both in video and audio, and are the same on high and low settings. Gameplay itself is fluid even when plaing refuel scenario, or making a reentry. I have tried reinstalling several times, but it did not help.

Version 1.1.2.1260 both 32 and 64 bit.

Gpu: gt 630

Cpu: intel core 2 duo 2,4 Ghz E4600
4Gb ram
