1.1.2 Graphical glitch

When 1.1.0 installed, I downloaded through CKAN a bunch of graphics mods such as scatterer and EVE and others. When 1.1.2 installed, I removed them, only keeping mods such as MJ. Now I get this graphical glitch and nothing seems to help

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted all mods I had available.Reinstalled all the mods I have available. What gives?
