[Request] Procedural Panels

Hi!

The title says it all.  Basically, the same idea as procedural wings, except there's no lift (or minimal) involved, as well as adopting the structural integrity and weight of the Structural Panels (the big flat metal plates).

Reasoning being: I like building a lot of rovers and the sorta thing, and I have a habit of trying to keep as few parts as possible.  I can sorta kludge things together with PartWeld and TweakScale, but they never look right.

If this already exists, feel free to throw me into the river after you point out which mod I didn't see :|

If it doesn't already exist, I may try to put something together myself... but it certainly won't be of the quality I usually see with KSP mods

I believe this will do what you want.  No rivers necessary, I believe you aren't a witch.

Thank you much!  I've used some variation of that mod before, so I must just have missed it...  Feel free to lock this thread if such a thing is necessary
