Can't Figure Out Fuel Lines...

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but here it goes:

 

I'm trying to make a simple mod based off of squad's fuel lines.  All I wanted to do was have a variety of different colors, so I put it all together and can't get (all) of it to work.  The black fuel line will show, but no other colors.  Below is a link to my mod in its current state, so please take a look and help me please!!!  Full credit goes to whom ever can help me with this.  I have all teh textures done and everythin, i imagine, should be good to go, but here i am.   Thank You!!!

word correction

Rename your part config files from *.txt to *.cfg and it works. 'Cept your green one is black.. Looks like you put the black texture in the green folder.
