[Request] Non-RO Parts Hidden

Recommended Posts

I love playing with RSS/RO, it's one of my favorite mod combos for KSP. It changes the game up in such a fantastic way and encourages a new level of thinking for me, of course some may prefer the simpler way to play, and in that case, rock on for them. But since RO overhauls the game, sometimes parts remain in the game that are not compatible.

So I am requesting if it is possible for someone to make a mod that detects what parts registers as "Non-RO" and hides them in the editors. Is this possible, and can someone please make this?

Thanks a ton if you can :) .

The same non-RO patcher as RP-0: the user creates a folder named " NoNonRO" inside the GameData folder, clears the MM cache and launches the game. All non RO parts will then be hidden (but can still be reached via the Advanced Search options if required).

Edit: if you want to have this functionality now then:

  1. Open the "RealismOverhaul_Global_Config.cfg" file.
  2. Insert the following MM code after the lines 197 and 204:
%category:NEEDS[NoNonRO] = -1

And finally create an empty folder with the name "NoNonRO" inside the GameData folder.

Ok, thanks :)
