RP0 - Main Rocket becoming a probe?

Ok, so this is a new one for me.

I have several rocket designs that I was using as recently as yesterday, with no changes in my install other than the recent B9 part switch version update (I believe, not sure if I launched successfully after that or not)

Now, when I stage my rockets, the new 'stage' becomes a probe, and the camera centers on a point behind the rocket - a point which gradually moves further and further back.  The rocket also is now named a probe. Anyone else see anything like this?
