Mechjeb button gone. 1.1.3

Just started my first round of 1.1.3 and Mechjeb tab is no longer available in the UI.  Went to VAB, loaded craft, confirmed MJ available in controls category.  Go to launchpad - no MJ button. 

Anybody else?

Did you upgrade the MechJeb? I had same issue in 1.1.3 when I was using outdated MechJeb.

this. I saw Scott Manley's Kerbal X  2 Minmus "rerun" yesterday and thought: yeah, I had the same problem with MJ. he should have looked if the update is available. 

get the current version and everything will work as expected.
