SEI was a plan from the 1980s to explore space. NASA came up with an amazing (and infamous) plan called the 90 day report, which would have cost $450 billion. does this have anything valid behind it are the ideas actually good?

Zubrin loves to talk about how bad it was. I think it had some interesting ideas, but they should have left stuff tho the private sector, to help it be managable.
