Downloading Attached Files On Forum Posts

I feel a bit silly asking this, but it has been frusturating me for a while now when people make posts saying they have an image attached, and there is a clip icon on the post, but I can\'t find it. Then I see people talking about the picture/craft file and I have no idea what I\'m doing wrong.

Any help is much appreciated.

It\'s at the bottom of a post. Here, I will attatch a random file.

Attachments don\'t seem to appear unless you are actually logged in when loading the page.
