As revolutionary as this new RC technology is, it's hard to control your ship when one part of it is here, "the other part of it" is there, and the COM and camera are halfway in between. Recently installed Stockalike Mining Extension and Mk 2 Expansion, which in turn comes with Interstellar Fuel Switch and Community Resource Pack, so that might be it. Other Mods:

It appears to have something to do with SOI changes, since everything is fine at Kerbin, but as soon as I go to Minmus it stops working

EDIT: Also seems to only happen with the 3.5 meter decouplers
