Is rss greedy on a computer?

Hello all!

I would like to try and play with the RSS mod, but since i own an ageing computer, i fear it might affect the game performances too much.

But as i don't know much about those kinda thing, i'd like to have some knowledgeable opinions on the matter.

It doesn't affect your computer that much, at least for me. I'm using it on a laptop with about 60 other mods, with 4096 textures and am still able to launch 100+ parts ships without any lag.

If it's really bad for you, you can try the lower resolution textures (2048).

In general it's even faster than stock system since there is less to render. At least on my notebook RSS is more stable than Stock.
