Please delete this thread, I managed to fix my craft spinning rapidly in dunas atmosphere by going to KSC and going back via the tracking station, I bottled the landing then and when I quickloaded the craft spun again but I just did the latter and everything went smoothly. The Kraken works in mysterious ways.
