Can you change the keybind for debug menu?

I don't see the debug menu anywhere in the keybinds page, am I just missing it?   Is there a file somewhere that I can edit and change it?

As far as I can tell if a key isn't in the settings.cfg key binding section then you are out of luck.  There does not seem to be a way to change (or assign) anything that requires two key presses like the alt-f12.  You could try a keyboard remapper program that would let you assign the alt-f12 keystroke to  some other key, but then it would do it for all your programs.  Some keyboards have macro keys (and some ASUS ROG motherboards can add macros to any keyboard) and you could assign alt-f12 to one of those keys.
