Strange part I found in Youttube video

I watch TheWinterOwl\'s video\'s on youtube, and for a while now I have been wondering about a certain type of part that appears as a set of spheres inside a cage.

I don\'t know what the parts do, and he never rolled his cursor over the parts. What are those parts? what do they do?

Are they balloon tanks?

There are a few mod packs that have a part similar to what you describe and yes, they are fuel tanks.

I think Nova\'s Probodobodyne has one as well as the Truss pack.

It\'s RCS fuel, IIRC. I think it comes in NovaPunch too...
