Saves Won't Load

Ok so I'm having this issue where if i try to boot up my game, it will load without crashing, but when i get the the main menu, press resume save, then click on my selected save, it won't load! i know its not a corrupted file because i took out all my mods booted the game up (stock) and it worked fine, does anyone know what this is about? I have about 60 mods installed, about 20 are planet packs and i also have galactic neighbourhood installed, along with texture replacer, B9, USI KS, and a lot of mods... does anyone have any idea how i can fix this?
