DSEV is nonfunctional.

In my main install, DSEV is not adding any of the modules it is supposed to add, rendering Hextrusses, arcjets, fusion reactors, etc. nonfunctional but not removing any parts or crashing the game. Arcjets and fusion reactors/engines do nothing, while hextrusses are merely stuck in fuel tank mode.

Forgot to mention, it does not occur in a clean install.

If anybody knows the cause of this and/or has a fix, please tell me.
