Full mass and empty mass

Is there way to see rocket empty and full mass some panel? I am kind of noob this game but i like to calculate my delta v and that i need those! I don't see it my engineer's report only mass of my hole ship? Also i don't see it my engines info panel? So is there way to see this things!?

the engineer report will show the current mass, so if you empty your tanks, youll see your dry mass.

alternatively you can manually add up the dry mass values listed for your tanks in the vab when you look at a parts extra info.
