Question About Advanced Construction Tutorial [XBOXONE]

Just got the game and trying to run thru all the training modules and I'm currently stuck.

On the advanced construction training it says I need to rotate the capsule 90 degrees to face east for launch.  I've tried rotating it by spinning it like a top as well as turning it sideways and I still can't get the next button to light up to advance the training.

what am I doing wrong and if possible could someone post/link a video or screenshot of what this rotation is supposed to look like?

Try clicking on the capsule to select it, and then using your dpad? Either that, or use your triggers, I think. When a craft is selected, I believe those keys are the ones that rotate it in 90 degree steps.

I've had this happen on the ps4. Just spin it like a top and keep checking. Sometimes you might have to reboot the tutorial. It's a little fidgety. Also make sure there wasn't an intermediate step that you may have missed. I was sitting around for 15 minutes before I figured I had to turn off CoM mode.

Also, in the top left corner, there are four buttons. The third one is a Rotate option. Click on it, and click the part you want to rotate.

It's also a good idea to have Angle Snap (lower left corner, button with a hexagon if enabled, or a circle if not.) on when you're rotating an object; this way it will snap in 5 ° increments.
