Microwave Transmitter not Working

KSP: 1.1.3 Windows 64bit

Problem: Microwave Transmitter wont Transmit power

Mods installed:

KSP Interstellar Extended(Latest Version via CKAN)

Reproduction steps:

Attach microwave tranmitter( Activate Tranmitter button not pressent. See link below)
