x100k time lapse broken

Okay, check this out. With my spacecraft im sending to Duna, I would love to speed up time to get there faster (who wouldnt?) But as i increase the time lapse speed, when i hit x100k time speed, this happens:

For whatever reason, it thinks my batteries die and stops me from accelerating time. The worst part is, every time this happens, i have to go back and turn all my electrical devices back on. That in itself takes 2 minutes. Here are the stats at regular time, and x10k time accel respectively:
