Zaltonic K-Prize

Fly a suborbital vehicle capable of holding 3 kerbals to 70-120 km, return, then refly as soon as possible (as many times as you can).

Scores determined by [cost + (altitude km - 70)] x (flights / average kerbin time between flights)

Rules:

1. No cheatsies, no autopilot.
2. Any submission using parts mods (except Hullcam VDS) will be on a different leaderboard.
3. Do not push the 'Recover Vessel' button, except for utility craft which help on the ground.
4. No orbiting.

Please submit entries! A 2 week time period (ending 01:00 PST September 12) to announce that you will submit to the challenge is set, a 1 week time period after will be set to allow for perfecting some designs.

I don't get it.. Are we allowed to refuel using ground vehicles?

Of course. That's why ground craft are recoverable using the 'recover flight' button. To allow for giving the refueling craft a fresh tank of fuel.
