Cant set multiple strategies for Science

I'm trying to convert 50% of science gains to funds and 50% of science gains to reputations. However, when trying to set up the second strategy the game says that it exceeds 100% of science income and wont let me set up the strategy. This happens whichever order i create the strategies.

I'm currently away and can upload logs etc. tomorrow if this would help anyone further understand the issue.

According to the bug tracker, this is a bug that was fixed in 1.0.2, wondering if it's come back / any work arounds.

Any help much appreciated.
