More Soviet And Other Nation Parts

While there is a good presence of soviet inspired parts in the game (stayputnik, elements of the launch pad) KSP has a distinctly NASA slant.  This is a good thing!  Still there are some cool parts and capabilities to be gleaned from Soviet, ESA and Japanese space programs.  Having those parts and things to play with would be cool.

Is there a mod for this already?

Tantares has great Soviet stuff, and SSTU has Soyuz/R-7 stuff, and station parts as well.
