Stability Enhancer disconnected from ground

I installed a bunch of mods today, started a career game and came across this strange bug. The TT18-A Launch Stability Enhancer does not connect to the ground and there is no option to stage the disconnection. I have no idea how to recreate this but I'm hoping that someone has encountered this before and knows how to fix it or at least knows which mod is causing it. I have also included my specs, a full list of all my installed mods and a video of the bug.
