Stock part drag for various configurations

The kerbal wiki gives drag coefficients for certain parts, but I'm not sure if I am interpreting them correctly. Is there a difference in these two configurations in terms of drag? (pointy end pointing forward in both examples)

Those drag values are deprecated, they're from the old aero model. Now you need to look at drag cubes, most of which are stored in PartDatabase.cfg.

Is there a place to view that online, or do I need to wait to go home and pick through the KSP directory to find it?

Not online anywhere I'm aware of, sorry. It's in the root of the KSP directory when you get a chance to look.
