So....one launch in the 60+ years we've used silos?

Sorry, but IMO this is not a good use of developer/artist resources. Everything that can be launched from a silo can be launched from the already existing pad but not everything from the pad can be launched from the silo given its physical constraints. I think this would be neat to see a couple of times then pretty much universally ignored.

P.S.
As it's hard to driull into Kerbin, there could be not just SILOs, but rocket hills. Like Kerbal Konstructs artificial hill with a launch hole inside.
