Game creates new game on startup

Am I the only one with this issue where once the game loads it goes straight into a new game? (as in Day 1, 0h, 0m).

Playing with a few mods (mechjeb, kerbal alarm, for science, (outdated) chatterer).

Issue only cropped up with 1.2

Ok, this is really starting to bug me.

 

I have reinstalled the game (deleted local content) and reinstalled from steam, but the problem still persists.

Also, I am getting this "Debug" window that I cannot close, and don't really know what its for.

 

Mods have been updated, my game is now 1.2.1.

 

Tell me which files I need to post to get to the bottom of this.
